Soe Myat Min is from Yangon, Myanmar. His father was murdered and his mother remarried. She did not want to bring her children into the new marriage and left Soe Myat Min behind with relatives. One of Soe Myat Min's brothers (Pan Mawi, LCH 274) also lives at LCH. The whereabouts of his other siblings are unknown. 

Soe Myat Min loves to sing. His dream is to become a professional singer.
